R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Coding Supervisor to lead the Physician Shared Services Coding Department and partner with key stakeholders.

The role emphasizes execution, delegation, coordination and driving quality initiatives across the team. You will coach staff, manage performance evaluations, and foster collaborative relationships with onshore and offshore colleagues while supporting client-focused outcomes.
