Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in medical insurance reimbursement, medical billing, and coding related to charge review and RVUs.
• 5 years' experience reviewing patient account information, insurance explanation of benefits, and financial records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinician/coder training and ongoing department education.
• Identify, develop and deliver training related to coding and clinical documentation improvement opportunities.
• Conduct independent and collaborative coder reviews/audits and provide documentation to support the coding review work performed and educate based on findings.
