Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass a successful background investigation.
• Experience with HIPAA and HITECH Regulations.
• Experience with administrative software, computer proficiency and 10 key/keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to security policies.
• Maintain knowledge in COBRA and Direct Bill functions.
• Resolve account discrepancies via case management across teams and employers.
• Process incoming files and report errors accurately.
• Create and maintain member and employer plans and balances.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with special projects and training as needed.
