Job summary

Supernus Pharmaceuticals is a biopharmaceutical company specializing in CNS diseases. The Senior Territory Sales Manager for Omaha, NE will drive sales by implementing strategic plans and delivering current product information to physicians to influence adoption of Supernus therapies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of pharma sales, preferably CNS, plus 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of pharmaceuticals sales experience; CNS experience preferred.
• 2+ years of outside Business‑to‑Business (B2B) sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to produce documented sales results and awards/achievements.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly sales objectives for Supernus products within designated territory.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies as directed.
• Attend off-site sales meetings and training programs as required.
• Demonstrate mastery of selling skills from training and P.O.A. meetings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Supernus products, competitors, and support services.
• Maintain up-to-date call records for physicians and key customers.
• Adhere to policies for distribution of marketing material and samples.
• Submit reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Develop and maintain physician universe and territory management plan.
