Job summary

Supernus Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Senior Territory Sales Manager for the Indianapolis, IN area. This remote role focuses on CNS products, implementing sales plans and maintaining compliant sales practices.

You’ll drive physician engagement, manage territory coverage, and participate in ongoing trainings. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of pharma/B2B sales experience are required, with relocation tolerance within the territory preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of pharmaceuticals sales experience; CNS experience preferred.
• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven documented sales results and awards/achievements.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Must live or reside within the assigned territory or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Meet all quarterly sales objectives for Supernus products within the territory.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies as directed.
• Participate in off-site sales meetings and training programs.
• Maintain up-to-date call records for physicians and other key customers.
• Adhere to company policies for distribution of marketing material and samples.
• Develop and maintain a physician universe and territory management plan.
