Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a field-based Senior Medical Science Liaison to support prelaunch and launch activities. You will build trusted relationships with investigators, deliver high-quality scientific exchange, and prepare clinical sites for launch within a fast-moving CNS-focused program.

You will translate clinical data into actionable insights, educate healthcare professionals on disease state, and drive cross-functional collaboration to shape field strategy.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required (PharmD/PhD/MD/NP/PA/RN).
• Experience interpreting and communicating complex data to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, prelaunch/launch setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary field-based scientific partner to investigators and stakeholders for prelaunch readiness and product adoption.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on disease state, data, and the ulixacaltimide profile.
• Educate clinical sites and providers for launch, including patient identification and integration into practice.
• Gather and translate field insights to inform medical and cross-functional strategy.
• Identify and engage KOLs and emerging influencers for advocacy and scientific engagement.
• Partner with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams to align field strategy.
• Represent Praxis at congresses and advisory engagements, translating insights into recommendations.
• Maintain CNS/neurology expertise and apply insights to field strategy.
• Ensure all field activities comply with regulatory requirements and Praxis SOPs.
