Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a field-based Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support prelaunch and launch activities in a dynamic CNS-focused environment. Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required.
• Experience in medical affairs or field-based biotech/pharma roles.
• Ability to translate complex data for diverse stakeholders.
• Independent ownership with ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% in a field-based role.
• Experience in neurology/CNS preferred and payor landscape preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary field-based scientific partner to investigators and key stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on disease state and clinical data.
• Educate clinical sites and providers for launch readiness.
• Proactively gather, synthesize, and communicate field insights to inform strategy.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) for engagement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams.
• Represent Praxis at scientific congresses and advisory engagements.
• Maintain CNS expertise to inform field strategy.
• Ensure field activities comply with regulatory requirements.
