Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to support prelaunch and launch activities.

This role focuses on building trusted relationships with investigators and healthcare professionals, translating clinical data into actionable insights, and preparing sites for potential launch in CNS disorders. The MSL will work cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams, operate with a high degree of ownership, and travel

Qualifications

Advanced degree and biotech/pharma medical affairs experience.
Ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.
Strong ownership mindset and independent field work capability.

Responsibilities

Serve as field-based scientific partner to investigators and stakeholders for prelaunch readiness.
Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on disease state and clinical data.
Educate clinical sites and providers for potential launch, including patient identification and treatment considerations.
Proactively gather, synthesize, and communicate field insights to inform strategy.
Identify and engage key opinion leaders and emerging influencers.
Partner with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams.
Represent Praxis at scientific congresses and advisory engagements.
Maintain CNS/neurology expertise and monitor competitive developments.
Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and Praxis SOPs.
