Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a field-based Senior Medical Science Liaison to support prelaunch and launch activities in the CNS space. You will build trusted relationships with investigators and stakeholders, translating clinical data into meaningful insights and educating healthcare professionals on disease state and emerging data.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or RN).
• Experience in medical affairs or field-based roles within biotech/pharma.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ownership and independence to drive impact in a prelaunch/launch setting.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Experience translating field insights into actionable cross-functional recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel extensively (~60-80%).
• Neurology or CNS experience preferred.
• Experience in market access/payor landscape is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary field-based scientific partner to investigators and key stakeholders for prelaunch readiness and product adoption.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on disease state, clinical data, and the ulixacaltimide profile.
• Educate clinical sites and healthcare providers for launch, including patient identification and treatment considerations.
• Proactively gather, synthesize, and communicate field insights to inform medical and cross-functional strategy.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support scientific engagement strategies.
• Partner with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams to align field strategy.
• Represent Praxis at scientific congresses and advisory engagements, translating insights into recommendations.
• Maintain deep CNS/neurology expertise and apply insights to field strategy.
