Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines in the United States is seeking a field-based Senior Medical Science Liaison to support prelaunch and launch activities. Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or field-based roles in biotech/pharma.
• Ability to interpret complex clinical data and communicate clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset, independent field work, and travel 60–80%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary field-based scientific partner to investigators and stakeholders for prelaunch readiness.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on disease state, clinical data, and the ulixacaltimide profile.
• Educate clinical sites and providers for launch, including patient identification and treatment integration.
• Proactively gather, synthesize, and communicate field insights to inform strategy.
• Identify and engage KOLs and emerging influencers for scientific engagement.
• Cross-functionally align with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams.
• Represent Praxis at scientific congresses and advisory engagements.
• Maintain deep CNS expertise and apply insights to field strategy.
• Ensure all field activities comply with regulatory requirements and Praxis SOPs.
