Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to support prelaunch and launch activities across CNS disorders. This role emphasizes building trusted relationships with investigators and stakeholders, translating clinical data into actionable insights, and preparing sites for potential approval.

Qualifications

• Must communicate complex clinical data clearly and credibly to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrate ownership and independence in field-based roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with investigators and key opinion leaders.
• Translate field insights into actionable cross-functional recommendations.
• Juggle multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (~60–80%).
• Experience in neurology or CNS disorders is preferred.
• Experience in market access/payor landscapes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field-based scientific partner to investigators and stakeholders to support prelaunch readiness and product adoption.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on disease state, clinical data, and the product profile.
• Educate clinical sites and healthcare providers for launch, including patient identification and treatment considerations.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate field insights to inform medical and cross-functional strategy.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders to support advocacy and scientific engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams on field strategy.
• Represent Praxis at scientific events and advisory engagements, translating external insights into recommendations.
• Maintain deep CNS/neurology expertise and apply insights to field strategy.
• Ensure field activities comply with regulatory requirements and Praxis SOPs.
