Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a field-based Senior Medical Science Liaison to support prelaunch and launch activities in CNS.

You will build trusted relationships with investigators and key stakeholders, delivering high-quality scientific exchange and ensuring field readiness ahead of potential approval. Formación

Advanced clinical or scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or RN).
Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, clinical care, or field-based biotech/pharma roles.
Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Strong ownership and independent operation in a prelaunch/launch setting.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs.
Experience gathering field insights and translating to cross-functional actions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organization and follow-through.
Willingness to travel ~60–80% in a field-based role.
Experience in neurology or CNS disorders preferred.
Experience in market access/payor landscape preferred.
Candidates with prior field-based experience and independent scientific engagement will be considered at a higher level.

Responsabilidades

Serve as primary field-based scientific partner to investigators and stakeholders for prelaunch readiness and product adoption.
Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on disease state and the ulixacaltimide profile.
Educate clinical sites and healthcare providers for launch, including patient identification and integration into practice.
Synthesize field insights and communicate to inform medical and cross-functional strategy.
Identify and engage KOLs to support advocacy and scientific engagement strategies.
Collaborate with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams on field strategy.
Represent Praxis at scientific congresses and advisory engagements, translating insights into recommendations.
Maintain deep CNS/neurology expertise and apply insights to field strategy.
Ensure field activities comply with regulatory requirements, GCP standards, and Praxis policies.
