Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a field-based Senior Medical Science Liaison to support prelaunch and launch activities in CNS/neurology. You will build trusted relationships with investigators, deliver scientific exchange, and ensure clinical and account readiness across sites.

You will educate providers on disease state and emerging data, translate data into insights, identify barriers to adoption, and work with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams to shape

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required.
• Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, clinical care, or field-based biotech/pharma roles.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% in a field-based role.
• Experience in neurology/CNS preferred.
• Experience in market access/payor landscape preferred.
• Track record of independently driving scientific engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary field-based scientific partner to investigators and stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on disease state and data.
• Educate and prepare clinical sites and healthcare providers for launch.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate field insights to inform strategy.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders for advocacy and engagement.
• Partner with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams.
• Represent Praxis at congresses and advisory engagements.
• Maintain deep expertise in CNS/neurology and evolving data.
• Ensure field activities comply with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
