Job summary

NTT Training, Inc. seeks a Project-Based Instructor - CNC Field Service Engineer to deliver hands-on CNC training across the United States. You will convert installation, service, and troubleshooting expertise into engaging classroom learning using portable training equipment.

Experience in aerospace tooling is a plus; strong communication skills and ability to travel are required. This role offers project-based teaching opportunities with travel coverage and compensation per teaching day.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as CNC Field Service Engineer or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and electrical background in CNC repair.
• Expertise in tooling selection, GD&T, fixturing, high‑speed machining.
• Proficiency with FANUC controllers for programming & diagnostics.
• Public speaking and classroom management; PowerPoint proficiency.
• Willingness to travel nationwide by air and car.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNC installation, calibration, troubleshooting and repair instruction.
• Teach classes in line with policies; tailor delivery to learner backgrounds.
• Stay current through professional development and suggest program improvements.
• Follow all policies and perform duties that support high‑quality instruction.
