Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst to assist in servicing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans. You will analyze complex loan agreements, apply terms in servicing, and support reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree required.
• Typically requires 4+ years of related experience.
• Military service may be counted toward experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
• Analyze complex loan agreements to accurately apply loan terms in servicing activities.
• Review and process loan payments, escrows and reserve account disbursements.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records and assist onboarding of new loans.
• Perform covenant compliance testing and prepare periodic investor/internal/regulatory reports.
