Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst to help service a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans, with emphasis on accurate processing and timely reporting.

You will analyze loan agreements, ensure compliance with servicing contracts, and coordinate with internal teams. Remote/hybrid options are available; Associates degree and 4+ years of experience preferred. PNC offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree required along with related experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with loan servicing and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of CRE loans with accurate processing and timely reporting.
• Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities.
• Resolve non-compliant issues via written and verbal communication; may review payments, escrows and reports.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records and support onboarding of new loans; assist with tax and insurance administration.
• Perform covenant compliance testing and monitor delinquencies.
