Calix is seeking a Cloud Solutions Manager (CSM) to accelerate CSP transformation through Calix Cloud products, blending technical solution engineering with strategic sales. You will collaborate with account teams, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and executives to design architectures, deliver compelling demos, and guide customers through complex decision cycles.

This hybrid role requires cloud analytics expertise, SaaS experience, and strong executive communication skills.

Competenze

• 5+ years in a related role: Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Cloud Consultant, or similar.
• Strong hybrid technical + commercial experience in cloud analytics and SaaS platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Experience with broadband/telecom OSS/BSS or network operations preferred.

• Drive Cloud Growth & Sales Execution; lead cloud-focused account strategies.
• Partner with Sales, SEs, and Customer Success to progress opportunities from discovery to close.
• Present technical and business value to executives and stakeholders.
• Build ROI-driven narratives that showcase efficiency, automation, and measurable outcomes.
• Understand customer environments and architect Calix Cloud solutions aligned to business goals.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations of Service Cloud, Engagement Cloud, and Operations Cloud; support RFPs and solution validation.
• Train customer teams on best practices and cloud-driven operations.
