Job summary

Calix is seeking a Cloud Solutions Manager (CSM) to help service providers accelerate their transformation with Calix Cloud solutions—Service Cloud, Engagement Cloud, Operations Cloud, Foundation Cloud, and analytics.

This role blends technical solution engineering with strategic sales acumen and partners with account teams, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success to uncover needs and design cloud architectures.

Qualifications

Hybrid technical + commercial experience in cloud/SaaS sales.
Strong understanding of cloud analytics, SaaS platforms, data pipelines, and API integration.
Experience with broadband/telecom OSS/BSS or network operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive Cloud Growth & Sales Execution.
Lead cloud-focused account strategies that expand adoption of Calix Cloud products across your region.
Partner with Sales, SEs, and Customer Success to progress opportunities from discovery to close.
