Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to translate client requirements into practical, scalable technical architectures and to support proposal development for government, nonprofit, and commercial clients.

You will collaborate with growth, engineering, product, design, research, and delivery teams to craft secure, innovative digital solutions and demonstrate feasibility across cloud platforms and modern deployment workflows.

Qualifications

At least five years of professional experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, full‑stack engineering, or a related technical role.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME on technical capabilities and service offerings to develop scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate on RFPs/RFIs to ensure accurate, compelling technical responses.
Develop technical narratives, proposal content, and supporting docs addressing client requirements.
Design secure, scalable cloud architectures using major cloud platforms and orchestration tools.
Collaborate across growth, engineering, product, design, research, and delivery to align technical approaches with business goals.
Support internal engineering projects and contribute to proposal design and demonstrations.
Identify gaps in collaboration and delivery workflows and recommend improvements.
Maintain reliable internet access for remote work and represent the organization professionally; participate in occasional in-person meetings.
