Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer in the United States to bridge engineering and business development, translating complex client requirements into scalable, secure architectures and practical solution designs.

You will lead proposal content, review RFPs/RFIs with growth and engineering teams, and help craft compelling technical narratives while ensuring security and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or related technical roles.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures and deployment workflows.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure and GCP cloud environments.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security principles, encryption, enterprise auth, and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Familiarity with SSO, SAML, OIDC, RBAC, and identity management tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on technical capabilities and service offerings to analyze client requirements and constraints for scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Collaborate on RFP/RFI responses, ensuring technical accuracy, feasibility, and client alignment.
• Draft technical narratives, proposal content, and supporting docs to address client needs and objections.
• Contribute to cloud architecture and deployment designs across major platforms and tools.
• Work with growth, engineering, product, design, research, and delivery to align technical approaches with business goals.
• Support internal engineering projects and assist with demonstrations, proposals, and technical challenges.
• Identify gaps in collaboration/delivery workflows and propose improvements to strengthen cross-functional coordination.
