Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional experience in sales/solutions engineering or related technical role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on technical capabilities and service offerings, analyzing client requirements, project objectives, and constraints to develop scalable, secure, and effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with growth and engineering teams to review RFPs/RFIs and other solicitation materials to ensure technical responses are accurate, compelling, feasible, and aligned with client needs.
• Partner with capture managers to develop technical narratives, proposal content, and supporting documentation addressing client requirements and overcoming technical objections.
• Contribute to design of secure, scalable cloud architectures using major cloud platforms, containers, orchestration tools, and modern deployment workflows.
• Work across growth, engineering, product, design, research, and delivery teams to align technical approaches with business objectives and implementation capabilities.
• Support internal engineering projects and contribute to design/development of technical solutions for proposals, demonstrations, and technical challenges.
• Identify gaps in collaboration/delivery workflows and recommend improvements to strengthen cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain reliable internet access for remote work and participate in occasional in-person meetings, workshops, or training as required.
