Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer based in the United States to bridge engineering depth with strategic business development. You will translate client requirements into scalable architectures, support proposal development, and work with growth, engineering, product, design, and delivery teams to address government, nonprofit, and commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, full‑stack engineering, or related technical role.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, deployment workflows, and practical implementation strategies.
Strong knowledge of security principles and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800‑53).
Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with SSO, SAML, OIDC, RBAC, and related identity management technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel occasionally and undergo background checks.
Must reside in contiguous United States and be legally eligible to work.

Responsibilities

Design scalable, secure technical solutions from client requirements.
Review RFPs/RFIs and align responses with client needs.
Develop technical narratives and proposal content with capture teams.
Design secure, scalable cloud architectures using major cloud platforms and modern deployment workflows.
Incorporate security and compliance into proposed architectures and engineering solutions.
Collaborate across growth, engineering, product, design, research, and delivery.
Provide hands‑on engineering for proposals, demos, and presentations.
Translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Identify gaps in collaboration and delivery workflows and propose improvements.
Onboard and train teams on internal tools and processes.
Participate in occasional in‑person meetings, workshops, or training as required.
