Qualifications

• Five+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or related technical role.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with SSO, SAML, OIDC, RBAC, and IAM concepts.
• Knowledge of information security and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on technical capabilities and services, analyzing client requirements to craft scalable solutions.
• Develop technical narratives, proposal content, and supporting documentation for RFPs/RFIs.
• Collaborate with growth, engineering, and delivery teams across proposals and presentations.
• Contribute to cloud architecture and secure deployment workflows.
• Support cross-functional projects and technical demonstrations for proposals.
• Identify workflow gaps and drive process improvements between BD, engineering, and delivery.
• Maintain secure remote work practices and participate in occasional in-person meetings.
