SMX is seeking a Cloud Security Operations Analyst to support a Security Operations team delivering managed security services for cloud-based infrastructures. You will guide stakeholders, develop security monitoring solutions, and help counter emerging threats while ensuring timely delivery of services.

Responsibilities include monitoring, triage, incident notification, and producing regular security posture reports.

Formación

• Lead and coordinate small teams to deliver security services.
• Continuously learn and enhance security capabilities.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Possess 2+ years in cybersecurity or cloud security, with SOC experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and improve security monitoring capabilities and procedures.
• Monitor, triage, and notify clients of potential incidents; tune sensors to reduce false positives.
• Implement endpoint security policies and rules to meet defensive objectives.
• Support incident response, threat analysis, and reporting.
• Create monthly/quarterly security posture reports for clients.
• Document SOPs and contribute to organizational improvements.
