Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to drive innovation across a broad set of cloud engineering disciplines. The role leads design, build, and delivery of cloud-based solutions and digital tools in a high-visibility environment.

You will coordinate with diverse teams including software, AWS SRE, automation, security, and data analytics to ensure reliable, scalable platforms and clear executive communication during incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 12+ years of experience in cloud/DevOps.
• Hands-on AWS, DevSecOps, and modern software development experience.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
• Experience communicating with customers at all levels.
• AWS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive maturity of the Cloud Platform and lead continuous delivery of applications.
• Architect and implement digital transformation initiatives with cloud tech and AI/analytics.
• Use observability tools to identify and fix cloud issues and drive improvements.
• Lead Agile sprints to evolve business processes and technologies.
• Draft technical approaches for RFIs aligned to roadmap and strategy.
