Job summary

OpenBrand is seeking a Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to own and scale the AWS estate, CI/CD, and platform reliability. The role emphasizes automation, monitoring, and cost-aware architecture across production, QA, and shared services, with an integration year to consolidate inherited systems and modernize deliberately.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, Security, and IT, reporting to the VP of DevOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Operations, or Platform Engineering with production responsibility.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on AWS production operations experience across IAM, VPC, EKS/ECS/Lambda, S3, logging, and backup/DR.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines for containerized services.

Responsibilities

• Own the AWS estate end to end: architecture, cost, performance, and resilience.
• Build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Establish observability: metrics, logging, dashboards, and alerting.
• Own incident-response path: on-call rotation, escalation, and post-incident reviews.
• Consolidate inherited platform infrastructure during integration and acquisitions.
