Job summary

Acronis is seeking a Senior Cloud Partner Success Manager to drive revenue growth with a portfolio of service providers. This remote, Malaysia-based role focuses on partner enablement, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management to maximize cloud service adoption.

You will coordinate with distributors, train partners, and manage account planning to sustain long-term partner engagement and revenue through upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in a cyber security company.
• In-depth channel and field sales experience with cloud market knowledge.
• Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills.
• Collaborative, team-player with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct territory analysis and planning to identify top partner potential.
• Align with distributors for joint channel enablement and revenue growth.
• Train partners on products and onboarding, enabling business and tech growth.
• Perform account planning with managed partners based on engagement and loyalty.
• Motivate partners to upsell and cross-sell Acronis services.
• Drive partner satisfaction and act as trusted advisor throughout lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal resources for partner growth including Presales and Support.
• Profile partners in the Partner Passport with up-to-date data.
