Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Cloud Operations Coordinator (Azure) to triage high-volume capacity requests in a remote U.S. time-zone environment.

You will validate completeness, route cases using documented procedures, and resolve routine issues while escalating complex cases to the correct owner. You will maintain records and budget trackers, generate weekly metrics on volumes, backlog, and escalations, and support capacity-related triage with cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with ticketing/case management systems
• Advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, data reconciliation) experience
• 1+ year familiarity with Microsoft Azure fundamentals (AZ-900 a plus)
• Strong written communication for follow-up requests and escalation summaries
• Experience in operations coordination or service desk, queue-based cases (2–4 years) preferred/required

Responsibilities

• Run the front door for high-volume capacity request cases, validate completeness and accuracy
• Triage, prioritize, and route cases using documented procedures and case tracking systems
• Resolve routine cases independently; escalate deviations to the Microsoft owner
• Support infrastructure/capacity-related escalation triage by checking IDs, SKUs, regions, and core counts
• Maintain records and budget trackers; provide weekly metrics on volumes, backlog, and escalations
