Job summary

Springbrook Software, Inc. is seeking a Director of Cloud Operations to lead the Cloud Operations team overseeing a 100% cloud-native SaaS platform. You will own the cloud strategy, reliability, and cost optimization while maturing incident management, platform engineering, and automation programs.

The role reports to executive leadership and drives alignment with security and compliance goals. Ideal candidates have deep cloud infrastructure experience, a track record of scaling SRE/DevOps

Qualifications

• BS in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
• 3+ years leading and developing an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Cloud Operations team for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
• Define and own cloud availability, scalability, security, and cost roadmap.
• Establish SLAs/SLIs, error budgets, and incident management processes.
• Advise on IaC, CI/CD, and platform engineering standards.
• Drive DevSecOps, zero-trust, and compliance with PCI, SOC2, NIST.
