Job summary

Reveleer is seeking a hands-on Director of DevOps to lead and scale our cloud-native platform engineering. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and Security to standardize how we build, deploy, and operate software across the company, while improving delivery speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.

You will own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability, driving best practices across multiple product lines and ensuring security controls align with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, infrastructure, or SRE with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on with scalable cloud architectures using CaC, IaC, and Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, IAM, VPC, S3).
• Experience guiding and leading other DevOps, cloud, and software engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers and platform staff.
• Define and evolve DevOps and platform engineering strategy across product lines.
• Own cloud infrastructure for high availability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Own CI/CD practices to improve delivery speed and predictability.
• Drive observability strategy with tools like New Relic and incident protocols.
• Partner with Security to meet compliance and security standards.
