Job summary

insightsoftware is seeking a Director of DevOps/CloudOps to lead a global team delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure and high-availability for our Financial Management and Reporting products.

You will drive automation, cloud strategy, and best practices across AWS/Azure, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps, partnering with product and engineering leaders to ensure timely, quality releases.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Master’s Degree preferred for leadership roles.
• 10+ years in DevOps/CloudOps with cloud exposure (AWS/Azure).
• 5+ years leading multiple Agile teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps/CloudOps team, staffing, mentoring, and maintaining best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and support teams across global cloud environments.
• Develop operational models, roadmaps, and deliver commitments in Agile/Scrum.
• Report on quality, operations status, and performance to executives and resolve critical issues.
• Manage resources, staffing, and tooling to maintain top-tier DevOps capabilities.
• Create metrics and dashboards for cloud infrastructure and software components.
