Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead, scale, and mature the VCF Cloud Management services practice.

This role owns technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations using VMware by Broadcom technologies. The Services Manager partners with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to ensure high impact, secure, and scalable outcomes for enterprise, corporate and commercial clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services.
• Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales.
• Monitor delivery performance and quality metrics to identify improvements.
• Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, and accelerators.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders as trusted advisor.
