Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead and scale our Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management practice.

You will own technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations services, collaborating with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to deliver secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional leadership team.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Experience designing solutions with strong data governance and security controls.
• Strong understanding of Broadcom's VMware Cloud Foundation vision.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management.
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services.
• Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and support presales.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics.
• Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, and accelerators.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges.
