Job summary

Business Information Group, Inc. is seeking a Director of Cloud & Infrastructure Services to lead the cloud and infrastructure services department.

You will shape BIG’s vision for client infrastructure, network security, and cloud solutions, aligning with leadership priorities and construction industry needs. You will oversee architecture, engineering QA, and governance across teams, ensuring secure, scalable, high‑value solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, network engineering, information systems, or a related field preferred.
• Ten or more years of progressive experience in technology consulting, engineering, solutions architecture, infrastructure, IT systems, managed services, or a related technical field.
• Five or more years of experience leading multi‑disciplinary technical teams.
• Required experience supporting large‑scale enterprise construction companies or delivering technology solutions within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of construction business operations and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set forward‑looking technology vision for client infrastructure and cloud services, aligned with strategy and leadership priorities.
• Direct design and delivery of network infrastructure solutions, including security and wireless deployments.
• Direct server, virtualization, storage, and cloud infrastructure initiatives (Hyper‑V, Azure, backups, DR).
• Oversee Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint modernization projects including tenants and Entra integrations.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate emerging technologies and growth opportunities.
• Establish engineering governance, standards, QA practices, and testing procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales, PM, Security, and other teams across the solution lifecycle.
• Serve as senior technical advisor for complex client engagements and architecture decisions.
• Maintain collaboration among Technical Operations, Sales, Client Success, and others.
• Lead discovery, solution development, and strategic account planning with client facing leaders.
