Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own the company’s cloud and technology financial management across multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises environments. You will establish and operate a new FinOps function, partner with engineering, finance, and procurement, and drive cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and accountability.

This hands‑on role reports to the VP of Technology and may add headcount as the function matures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost management platforms across major clouds.
• Experience establishing tagging standards and chargeback models.
• Management of commitment portfolios and vendor cost benchmarking.
• Familiarity with SaaS management platforms and license optimization.
• FinOps certification and healthcare/regulatory domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cost visibility, allocation & reporting across multi-cloud and SaaS.
• Lead cost optimization, rightsizing, and license reclamation initiatives.
• Build and maintain technology cost forecasts and budgets.
• Develop FinOps governance framework and operating model.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and procurement to realize savings.
