Job summary

One Call is seeking a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises cost management. You will build a new FinOps function, drive cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cost accountability across AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS platforms, and partner with infrastructure, development, finance, and procurement.

The role is hands-on with no direct reports, reporting to the VP of Technology, and may grow headcount as the function matures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in finance/tech fields.
• 8+ years in technology, finance, cloud cost management, or FinOps.
• Hands-on experience with cloud cost management platforms across two major clouds.
• Experience establishing tagging standards and allocation taxonomy.
• Experience with SaaS management platforms or license optimization.
• FinOps Practitioner certification required; other related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cost visibility, allocation & reporting across multi‑cloud and SaaS platforms.
• Manage cost optimization through rightsizing, tiering, and license reclamation.
• Oversee commitment portfolio and run-rate projections for enterprise agreements.
• Forecast technology spend and partner with Finance on budgets and variance analysis.
• Develop FinOps operating model, governance, and capability across the tech org.
