Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Cloud Architect to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape enterprise cloud architecture across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on scalability, security, and reliability.
You will partner with technical teams to define solution approaches, guide implementation, and establish standards that support cloud-native applications and resilient operations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only; no visa sponsorship.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or software development.
- 3 years of experience in cloud architecture and solution design.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud architecture across multiple platforms, ensuring scalability and security.
- Lead complex cloud initiatives by defining technical approaches and guiding implementation.
- Oversee cloud platform performance, proactively identifying issues and implementing resolutions.
- Establish standards for cloud-native applications and optimize system performance.
- Ensure compliance with security requirements in cloud solutions.
- Drive system resilience by defining reference architectures and recovery objectives.
- Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
