Ladders is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to join the team of a leader in the healthcare space. This role will shape enterprise technology solutions for scalable, reliable healthcare applications and services.

You will lead architectural strategy across complex initiatives, partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align decisions with goals. Remote in US; visa sponsorship not available. Competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles, including tech lead or enterprise architect.
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• 5+ years with SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB and Redis.
• 5+ years in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices and API design.
• DevOps tools experience: Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and frontend frameworks like Angular/JavaScript.
• Familiar with AI/ML technologies, Generative AI and LLMs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute architectural strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Lead and supervise architectural initiatives within projects.
• Develop architectural designs and solutions, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Mentor and guide junior and senior architects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective architectural solutions.
• Assess new technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance processes.
• Lead architecture design reviews and identify gaps for improvement.
