Ladders is seeking a Cloud Architect to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape enterprise cloud architecture across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on scalability, security, and reliability.

You will partner with technical teams to define solution approaches, guide implementation, and establish standards that support cloud-native applications and resilient operations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only; no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or software development.
• 3 years of experience in cloud architecture and solution design.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Cloud Architect to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape enterprise cloud architecture across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on scalability, security, and reliability. You will partner with technical teams to define solution approaches, guide implementation, and establish standards that support cloud-native applications and resilient operations. The position also calls for evaluating emerging cloud technologies and recommending adoption strategies that advance the organization’s platform capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $133,100 – $177,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud architecture across multiple platforms, ensuring scalability and security
• Lead complex cloud initiatives by defining technical approaches and guiding implementation

• 3 years of experience in cloud architecture and solution design
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, and cloud security or networking certifications
