Ladders is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager - DevOps to lead end-to-end delivery of complex DevOps and cloud infrastructure initiatives. You will partner with engineering teams to build plans, manage dependencies, and align execution with business and technical goals.

This remote US-based role focuses on coordinating release processes, risk mitigation, and timelines across stakeholders, ensuring deployment strategies and CI/CD practices are effectively implemented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience; 8+ years in professional roles.
• Experience with DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Software Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software development and deployment lifecycles.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.
• Proven skills in project planning, risk management, and delivery execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex DevOps and cloud infrastructure initiatives.
• Develop project plans, milestones, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate multiple engineering teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Drive execution against timelines and proactively address delivery risks.
• Facilitate technical planning, execution reviews, and status meetings.
• Track implementation of deployment strategies and automated release processes.
