Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Cloud Architect for its Cloud and AI Center of Excellence. You will help partners grow their cloud business, design and implement innovative solutions, and serve as a trusted adviser to drive revenue at scale through ArrowSphere.

You will engage with hyperscalers and ISVs, provide technical enablement, and train partner teams while traveling up to 50% as needed. This is a fully remote role coordinating with US offices.

Qualifications

• Certified Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineer in at least one of the major hyperscalers is required.
• Experience working with partners in the cloud ecosystem is required.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Requires deep knowledge and experience; solves complex problems with a new perspective.
• Works independently with minimal guidance and can mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Consult, develop and implement technical and sales enablement plans with partners and customers to support revenue and margin goals.
• Provide technical support, complex sales tool configurations, and systems design for cloud solutions.
• Lead partner and sales technical team training and assist customers with certifications or demonstrations.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and new technologies.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan, with portion of OTE variable against sales goals.
