Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect for a fully remote role with potential travel to US/Canada. You will lead customer and supplier relationships, manage technical aspects such as lifecycle and BOM, and design solutions aligned with strategic requirements.
The position emphasizes high autonomy, senior technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and project teams.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
- Expert in own discipline and capable of guiding others.
- Designs complex solutions where no prior solution exists.
- Specialized depth/breadth of expertise in key technology domains.
Responsibilities
- Develops and cultivates strong customer and supplier relationships.
- Serves as the Technical account manager on assigned accounts, managing all technical aspects including Life Cycle management, BOM management, product roadmaps, and reviews.
- Designs solutions based on strategic business or technical requirements of customers.
- Partners with Sales to manage all technical aspects of customers’ programs.
- Works with customers to identify requirements to determine best solutions.
- Leverages resources to satisfy technical needs and objectives.
