Job summary

Making Science is seeking a Technical Account Manager / Service Lead (Junior to Mid-Level) to own client relationships, translate complex technology strategies, and lead project delivery for our Cloud for Marketing (C4M) and AI initiatives. You will coordinate with global engineering hubs and drive account growth, while working remotely from the US and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in technical account management, IT project management, or client-facing consulting.
• Strong understanding of Google Cloud (GCP) and modern marketing data (GA4, GMP, BigQuery).
• Exceptional communication skills translating complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Organizational mastery: manage timelines, cross-border teams, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset: spot client pain points and upsell value-add services.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and translate requirements into clear roadmaps and plans.
• Coordinate delivery with global engineering teams and vendors to meet timelines.
• Manage project milestones, progress reports, and client communications.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive upsells as projects near completion.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure high satisfaction throughout the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Google partners and internal teams to orchestrate a seamless delivery.
