Job summary

Arcus Search seeks an experienced Technical Account Manager to serve as the main technical partner for its most important customers, helping them adopt and scale AI/ML, HPC, and other compute-intensive workloads.

You will build deep, trusted relationships, understand workload requirements, and translate them into scalable, high-performance cloud architectures that deliver real business value. You will guide customers through onboarding, resource planning, optimisation and expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical account manager or cloud solutions architect.
• Experience with AI/ML, HPC, or compute-intensive workloads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical partner for key customers.
• Translate workload requirements into scalable, high-performance cloud architectures.
• Guide customers through onboarding, optimization and expansion across their lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Operations, Support and Sales to ensure a seamless experience.

We are working wth a client are looking for mutiple experienced Technical Account Managers to act as the primary technical partner for some of our most important customers, helping them successfully adopt and scale AI/ML, HPC, and other compute intensive workloads.

In this role, you will build deep, trusted relationships with customers, understanding their workload requirements and translating them into scalable, high-performance cloud architectures that deliver real business value. You will guide them through the full lifecycle of complex programs, from onboarding and resource planning to optimisation and expansion.

Working closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, Support, and Sales, you will serve as a bridge between customer needs and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
