Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience in related field.
• Strong budgeting, analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with clinical trial budgeting and CPT/HCPCS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing clinical trial budgets and budgeting negotiations.
• Read/Analyze protocols and build activity grids for tests and procedures.
• Identify potential CPT/HCPCS codes using internal resources.
• Create comprehensive budgets based on pricing methodologies and standards.
• Negotiate budgets with sponsors/CROs via email and phone.
• Review others' work as part of quality control.
• Maintain punctual attendance and fulfill other duties as needed.
