Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Budget Analyst to support the start-up process for site budgets in clinical trials. You will build budgets, identify required tests, and negotiate with sponsors/CROs to align with client pricing methodologies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive approach in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; significant experience may substitute.
• Excellent attention to detail and organized, with strong analytical mindset.
• Able to read and analyze clinical trial protocols and convert into budgets.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration with sponsors/CROs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build clinical trial budgets and negotiate with sponsor/CROs.
• Read protocol and identify tests, procedures, and assessments.
• Identify CPT/HCPCS codes for budget items using internal systems.
• Create budgets based on client pricing methodologies and internal standards.
• Review others' work as part of QA process.
• Attend and be punctual; perform other duties as assigned.
