The Budget Analyst at WCG is responsible for completing clinical trial budget tasks to support the efficient start-up process for site clients. You will develop budgets, identify tests and procedures, and negotiate with sponsors/CROs.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Excel, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication. Travel 0-5% as needed in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; significant work experience may substitute.
• Strong ability to read clinical protocols and translate into budgets.
• Proficiency with Excel and budgeting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of clinical trial budgets and budget negotiations.
• Read protocols and develop activity grids to identify tests, procedures and CPT/HCPCS items.
• Build comprehensive budgets based on client pricing methodologies.
• Negotiate budgets with sponsors/CROs via email and phone.
• Review work as part of internal quality review.
