Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information in a consultative manner.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to understand clinical terms and descriptors and strong investigative skills with ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of clinical trial budget builds and budget negotiations.
• Read and analyze clinical trial protocols and identify required tests, procedures, and assessments.
• Use software and internal resources to identify CPT/HCPCS codes for items in the activity grid.
• Build comprehensive clinical trial budgets based on client pricing methodologies and internal standards.
• Negotiate budgets with trial sponsors/CROs via email and phone.
• Review work as part of internal quality review process.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
