Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; significant work experience may substitute.
• Ability to work in a performance-driven environment with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of clinical trial budget builds and budget negotiations.
• Read and analyze clinical trial protocols and develop activity grid to identify required tests and assessments.
• Identify CPT/HCPCS codes for items in the activity grid using internal resources.
• Build comprehensive budgets based on client pricing methodologies and internal standards.
• Negotiate budgets with trial sponsors/CROs via email and phone.
• Review work completed by others as part of quality review; maintain punctuality and attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
