Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Budget Analyst to support start-up budgets for site clients in clinical trials. You will develop budgets, analyze protocols, and coordinate billing using CPT/HCPCS codes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, are detail-oriented, proficient with Excel, and able to negotiate budgets with sponsors. This remote role offers growth within One WCG and a structured early career path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; substantial field experience may substitute.
• Ability to learn and apply clinical budgeting knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and negotiation of clinical trial budgets.
• Read protocols and build activity grids to identify required tests and codes.
• Identify CPT/HCPCS codes using internal resources.
• Construct budgets based on client pricing and internal standards.
• Negotiate budgets with sponsors/CROs via email and phone.
• Review work for accuracy as part of quality checks.
• Attend and be punctual; perform other duties as assigned.
